The hotel offered hot water and warm showers, which was great during my Xmas stay. the location was also very convenient, being close to both the train and bus stations. the breakfast had decent variety and satisfied my hunger in the morning.

The WiFi connection was very weak and kept cutting off. It was frustrating because I was hoping to upload some pictures to my social media accounts during my trip.

We loved the spacious and clean room with comfortable beds and great shower. The breakfast buffet had a big selection of delicious food. The staff, some of whom spoke English, were attentive and friendly. The location close to the bus station made it easy for us to move around.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was really great! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be better, being close to the train and bus stations, plus it's right in the center of everything. The room was excellent with a comfortable bed and a good shower in the bathroom. I also enjoyed the great breakfast and the fact that there was a gym and a pool available for the guests.

The room was a bit noisy because of the poor isolation of the windows, which made it hard to sleep. Also, the wifi was a bit slow at times, which was a bit annoying. But overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value for the price!

Plus, despite being situated in a neighborhood that can sometimes become a bit sleazy at night, I felt safe and secure during my entire stay. Secondly, the staff at this hotel are top-notch. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient, and the rooms on the lower floors even had balconies with a nice view. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was absolutely delightful, with a wide variety of options and very good food. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this hotel.
